Free Shuttle Service: When you drop off your car for service, our customer shuttle will drive you wherever you want to go within 15 miles of our service center. We'll give you a ride back to Walt's (as late as 4 p.m.) to pick up your car. You may arrange for a shuttle in advance or ask for the service when you walk in our door.
Car Rental: Receive a 20% discount on a car rental from Enterprise rent-a-car in Crofton, MD. Call 410-721-3628. Mention Walt Eger's to get the discount. Enterprise will pick you up at our service center when you drop off your car for repair. And when you return your rental vehicle to Enterprise, they will drive you back to Walt's to pick up your own car, now freshly repaired and ready to roll.
Towing: If your car must be towed to Walt's, we can arrange that for you through Automotive Transport Services, in Odenton, MD (410-672-1087). We find that they are usually quick to respond, reliable and reasonably priced. For your convenience, we'll add the towing cost to your repair bill.
Early Bird Dropoff: Leave your car on our parking lot anytime day or night. Fill out a few questions on our key envelope; and drop your keys through our secure mail slot. Then you're good to go.
Hours of Operation: 8 a.m to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. You may pick up your car after hours if you pre-pay your bill.
