A waste of time, cost me $500 for a battery I didn’t even need. Plus every time I got my car back it smelled of liquor. My car is still doing the same thing it was when I took it to them to start with, they claimed it was a battery and sold me one just for my car to continue doing the same thing. Then they didn’t want to put my old battery back in or refund me. Waste of time and money!!!!!! All for them to tell me to take to the Dealership. Customer service was great. They need to do better because I would’ve been fine if you told me to go to the dealership before buying a battery, they said tested bad but was working fine.
Hi Titania, As the owner, after reviewing everything, I am confident your vehicle needed a battery. When you visited for the second time, we found no issues with it starting after letting it sit overnight and starting it many many times without issue. If a situation warrants it, we will refer a customer to the dealership or possibly another shop if it will help the situation. I can assure you if there was a smell of liquor, it did NOT come from any of our personnel. That is a very unfair and harmful accusation of our team and business. If a direct conversation would be better, please call the shop and they will provide you with my cell number if I am not in. Thank you. Bruce Spencer, Owner
