My husband took our Hyundai Elantra to Walt Eger's for routine service. Unfortunately, the payment system was malfunctioning that day and we were charged twice for the service. We didn't notice the duplicate transaction until a few days later. When we brought it to the attention of the staff, the owner, Bruce, immediately called to apologize and make it right. He personally delivered the check to our home and left of us two Yetis as a gift. As a customer who often feels like just a number on a spreadsheet to big corporations, it is truly refreshing to work with a business that still believes in the human touch. I am so delighted with this experience that I will take my Kia to Walt Eger's for my next service appointment instead of my dealership. Thank you!
